Black Patient Experience Study

Thank you for your interest in the Emory School of Medicine and Equify Health Black patient experience study. We’re seeking to speak to Black cancer survivors to provide input for a study aimed at elevating the healthcare experience of Black patients. We are particularly interested in understanding the nature and quality of Black patients’ relationships with their oncology providers. We often hear that Black patients have negative healthcare experiences. These stories need to be told so they can be averted in the future.

The research will consist of a one-hour interview conducted virtually over Zoom. Your participation is entirely voluntary and your responses will be kept confidential. Participants must be 18 years or older and have a diagnosis of cancer to qualify.

If you’re interested in participating, enter your information below and we will be in touch. Thank you for joining us in improving the healthcare experience of Black patients!
